		<description>Paula, I think that it&#039;s important to remember that &quot;gadgets&quot; are just that...tools that can be used to help improve efficiency.  They cannot replace good, old-fashioned hard work or face-to-face relationship building. But the moment that these gadgets make it MORE difficult to do our work, they are no longer efficient, and therefore, not necessary. </description>
