Cinde Johnson
Cinde Johnson has 25 years of experience as a trainer, writer, editor, and consultant. In her career, Cinde has led over 100 different courses, training people in such areas as customer service, management, software systems, and banking, among others. Most recently, Cinde worked with Bryan and Jeffrey Eisenberg (who developed Persuasion Architecture), directing two of their most popular seminars and helping to build their business. In addition to her skills as a writer, editor, and teacher, Cinde has a deep background in software testing and support, as well as events coordination. As someone who can recognize the personality behind the client, Cinde facilitates improvements from within to help businesses grow.
